Fall Classes start the first week of September!
Super Ninja World (Formerly Super Ninja Zone) classes focus on the skills and techniques necessary to become a Ninja Warrior. Our classes are instructed by Certified UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association) Coaches. Classes are separated by both age and skill level.
Class sessions are 8 weeks long!
Our program is designed for age-appropriate lessons, starting from the very basics. The basics include the rules and expectations of the class and learning and practicing proper safety precautions and safety techniques. Each week, classes will focus on learning Ninja Warrior verbiage (names of obstacles, names of movements, and names of techniques) and proper technique and skills on various obstacles. We incorporate stretching and warm ups into every class. Classes have a blend of exercises, lessons, challenges, and sometimes games each week. Our ninja classes combine fitness, discipline, and fun to make for a truly unique experience.
You can join mid-session. We require students to attend at least 1 Intro to Ninja Drop-In Class before joining mid-session. If you are Joining at the beginning of the session you do not need to attend the Intro to Ninja class. Classes will be pro-rated based on weeks missed. All Ninja Warrior Classes for ages group separated (Ages 4-17 are curriculum based. Intro to Ninja, Mommy and Me(ages 1-4), and Pound Drumming (ages 13 to Adult) no-commitment, 1 time sign ups. Competition Team is members only program for those who are also currently enrolled in class sessions.
Free Trial classes the weekend of 08/23 and 08/24. These trial classes provide an introduction with our Owner and Head Coach, Coach Nicole, and an introductory-level experience to the sport of Ninja Warrior (including some basic safety practices for our Ninjas). It also provides a breakdown of our class guidelines, rules, and a look into what our 8-week curriculum offers. Please wear athletic shoes and bring a bottle of water. The free trial class is 45 minutes long. Waiver MUST be signed for both participants and spectators. Waivers can be found here: https://superninjaworld.com/waiver
8 Week Curriculum Class information:
All children start with our Beginner Level classes. In order to move on to Intermediate, the coach must determine if the student possesses the knowledge, strength, maturity, and aptitude to advance.
Age Groups Classes:
Little Ninjas Ages 4 to 6
Youth & Preteen Ninjas Ages 7 to 12
Multi-Age Ninjas (great for siblings!) Ages 4 to 12
Teen Ninjas Ages 13 to 17

Intermediate-level classes are for Ninja Warrior students who have been through a minimum of one beginner session or more. Students move up to Intermediate on an individual basis if they possess the knowledge, strength, maturity, aptitude, and willingness to move up. This placement is based on the coach's recommendation.
Intermediate class is an 8-week long program that will focus on a more intense version of the beginner program. Students will learn new movements and techniques and experience new styles and exercises to help develop their skills.
Classes have a blend of exercises, lessons, challenges, and sometimes games each week. Our Ninja classes combine fitness, discipline, and fun to make for a truly unique experience.

Advanced-level classes are for Ninja Warrior Students with a minimum of 1 year of training and showcase exemplary skills in all areas of Ninja Warrior.
This class is for the serious Ninja Athlete who wants to stay at the top of their game and push their limits.
Advanced classes will follow the 8-week-long program struture but with a far more rigorous model. This class will include challenges and friendly competition against fellow students.
We will make some time for fun throughout the session, however, this class will combine strength and conditioning, discipline, and fine-tuning skills.

Homeschool Ninjas is a Beginner level class that focus on the fundamentals needed to begin the journey in the sport of Ninja Warrior.

We incorporate stretching and warms ups into every class. Classes have a blend of exercises, lessons, challenges, and sometimes games each week. Our ninja classes combine fitness, discipline, and fun to make for a truly unique experience.

Inclusive Special Needs(DD) Ninjas is a special Ninja class for individuals with developmental delays.
This is a beginner-level class. This class focuses on building motor skills and strength in a fun and safe environment. This class has 2 instructors, 1 Certified Ninja Warrior Instructor, and one Special Education Specialist.
During this class, we will utilize games, and challenges that will help improve overall strength. This class is loosely structured and allows for freedom of exploration with guidance and supervision.
Class Size Limit: 8
Ages 18+
OCR: Obstacle Course Racing Adults! Want to gain more upper body strength, flexibility, balance, speed, and endurance?
This class is designed for all ages and skill levels! Each class will focus on full body workouts to help increase overall strength and endurance. These classes also have lessons on standard safety practices and obstacle techniques.
Each week, classes will have a variety of boot-camp-style workouts, obstacle courses, strength training, calisthenics, and more! All workouts can be modified for every fitness level!
