We are searching for a Customer Exeperience Specialist

A qualified candidate can:

✅ Run the front desk & greet guests

✅ Communicate with customers

✅ Help kids and adults understand how to use obstacles (we train you!)

✅ Adjust obstacles as needed

✅ Assist with birthday parties

✅ Do light cleaning

✅ Move around the facility comfortably — this is a physically active job with stairs and constant movement

Schedule:

🗓 Saturdays & Sundays (varies based on party bookings)

⏰ Saturdays: as early as 9:30am – as late as 8:30pm

⏰ Sundays: as early as 9:30am – as late as 6:30pm

✨ Occasional Friday evenings when we have parties.

Requirements:

🚗 Reliable transportation

📅 Must be willing to work weekends

⛑ CPR certified or willing to get certified

🎉 Ages 16+

📄 This is a 1099 position

💵 Pay: $12/hr
