Ninja Classes


The Winter/ Spring 2026 Session of Ninja Classes begin the Week of March 1st and end the week of April 19th (last class day is April 23rd)


Class schedule and  sign ups for the next session will be live by Feb. 11th, 2026.


Super Ninja World (Formerly Super Ninja Zone) classes focus on the skills and techniques necessary to become a Ninja. Our classes are instructed by Certified UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association) Coaches. Classes are separated by both age and skill level.


Class sessions are 8 weeks long!


 Our program is designed for age-appropriate lessons, starting from the very basics. The basics include the rules and expectations of the class and learning and practicing proper safety precautions and safety techniques. Each week, classes will focus on learning Ninja verbiage (names of obstacles, names of movements, and names of techniques) and proper technique and skills on various obstacles. We incorporate stretching and warm ups into every class. Classes have a blend of exercises, lessons, challenges, and sometimes games each week. Our ninja classes combine fitness, discipline, and fun to make for a truly unique experience. 


You can join mid-session if we are not waitlisted. We require students to attend at least 1 Intro to Ninja Drop-In Class before joining mid-session. If you are Joining at the beginning of the session you do not need to attend the Intro to Ninja class. Classes will be pro-rated based on weeks missed. Ninja Curriculum Class Information

8 Week Curriculum Class information:

  • Kids and Teens Sessions are 8 weeks long.
  • Kids and Teens Sessions are $180
  • Multi-Family Discount. Get 10% off for each additional sibling that signs up for classes. Use code: SIBLINGDISC at checkout! (must have 2 registrations in the cart to use coupon)
  • Class sign-ups includes discounted Open Gym Admission for $10 (unlimited time) for the student during the length of the session.
  • You're locked into your weekly day and time for the length of the session upon signing up. 
  • 5% discount for a 6-month sign-up and a 10% discount for a year-long sign-up.
  • Multi-Family Discount. Get 10% off for each additional sibling that signs up for classes.
  • Please email nicole@superninjaworld.com before registering to receive the discounts.
  • Classes are 1 hour long. Each class includes 5 minutes of Free Play at the beginning and at the end of class. Free Play does not start till class start time. Free play is not before/after class timeslots.
  • Class participants are required to wear closed-toe athletic shoes with socks. Crocs, sandals, and bare feet will not be permitted.
  • Bringing a water bottle or other hydration is required. we do not have a water fountain.
  • Free Trials are not permitted in our curriculum based classes
  • Up to $100 worth of Super Ninja World Gift cards can be used towards classes, per person.
  • Make-ups for missed classes. Students who miss a week of Ninja can receive a free 2-hour Open Gym session in place of the missed class. If there is advanced notice, the student has the option to attend class on a different night during the week of the missed class (as long as there is space in other available class nights) or use a free 2-hour Open Gym.
  • If you sign yourself (adult class) or your child up (Ninja class) for a session, and several weeks are missed, no refund will be given.
  • If unforeseen circumstances occur (e.g. extended sickness, a sudden move, or a sudden change in a custodial agreement that prevents the child from attending) we will offer a refund for missed classes on a case by case basis.
  • All drop-in classes are nonrefundable for no-shows. 

 

All children start with our Beginner Level classes. In order to move on to Intermediate, the coach must determine if the student possesses the knowledge, strength, maturity, and aptitude to advance.

Intermediate-level classes are for Ninja students who have been through a minimum of one beginner session or more. Students move up to Intermediate on an individual basis if they possess the knowledge, strength, maturity, aptitude, and willingness to move up. This placement is based on the coach's recommendation.

Intermediate class is an 8-week long program that will focus on a more intense version of the beginner program. Students will learn new movements and techniques and experience new styles and exercises to help develop their skills.

Classes have a blend of exercises, lessons, challenges, and sometimes games each week. Our Ninja classes combine fitness, discipline, and fun to make for a truly unique experience.

Advanced Ninjas

Intermediate Ninjas

Homeschool Ninjas

Age Group Classes:

Youth & Preteen Ninjas Ages 7 to 12

Multi-Age Ninjas (great for siblings!) Ages 5 to 12

Preteen and Teen Ages 10 to 17


Advanced-level classes are for Ninja Students with a minimum of 1 year of training and showcase exemplary skills in all areas of Ninja.

This class is for the serious Ninja Athlete who wants to stay at the top of their game and push their limits.

Advanced classes will follow the 8-week-long program struture but with a far more rigorous model. This class will include challenges and friendly competition against fellow students.

We will make some time for fun throughout the session, however, this class will combine strength and conditioning, discipline, and fine-tuning skills.


Class Size Limit: 12.


Homeschool Ninjas

Inclusive Special Needs (DD) Ninjas

AGE GROUPS:

4 TO 17

Inclusive Special Needs(DD) Ninjas is a special Ninja class for individuals with developmental delays. 

This is a beginner-level class. This class focuses on building motor skills and strength in a fun and safe environment. This class has 2 instructors, 1 Certified Ninja Instructor, and one Special Education Specialist.


During this class, we will utilize games, and challenges that will help improve overall strength. This class is loosely structured and allows for freedom of exploration with guidance and supervision.


Class Size Limit: 8

Adult Ninja and OCR

Inclusive Special Needs (DD) Ninjas

Ages 18+

 

 OCR: Obstacle Course Racing Adults! Want to gain more upper body strength, flexibility, balance, speed, and endurance? 


This class is designed for all ages and skill levels! Each class will focus on full body workouts to help increase overall strength and endurance. These classes also have lessons on standard safety practices and obstacle techniques.


Each week, classes will have a variety of  boot-camp-style workouts, obstacle courses, strength training, calisthenics, and more! All workouts can be modified for every fitness level!  


Class Size Limit: 14
